If there is any reason why you want to exchange or return your order, you can do so within the next 30 days after receiving your order. To revoke the purchased contract through an e-mail, post, or by calling us. We recommend you to use our cancellation form.
- The returned item may have not been used, washed or manipulated in any way.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the shipment of the order.
- The returned item has to maintain the original tags and remain in the original package.
- It is necessary to complete the return process how is explained below.
- Return’s deliveries must be done using one of the following couriers: MRW, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail or Correos.
- We only accept returns from the same country where items were originally sent. For example, orders sent to Spain must be returned from Spain.
- Customised articles may not be returned.
- You must fill in the return form.
- Once you have filled the form, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the courier's tag for free shipping
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
- Print and fill the following Exchange Form indicating your order’s number and the reference of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Place the items you would like to return next to the Exchange Form in an envelope or a box and write down our address in the outside of the package.
- Once you have filled the form, send it to email@example.com to receive the courier's tag for free shipping.

IRATI saves the right to reject returns that were sent out of due day, or products which were returned in different condition as the original product sent by us. We remind you to make the delivery with a certified courier or through a courier service that provides an invoice. IRATI will not be responsible of the returns that do not arrive to its warehouse.
RETURNED PACKAGE EXPENSES
Whether you return the package with a courier service or a transportation service, the cost must be assumed by the costumer, unless offer made by the website when the value exceeds 200€ or is a size exchange. The new product’s delivery will be covered by IRATI.
The returned items will be examined. Once the items have been verified to be in the original condition and keep every inside tag, we will proceed to refund the amount in the same form the payment was done: if you paid with a credit card, we will refund to the same credit card you paid with. Please remember that:
- The refund will be done to the same payment method in which the original item was purchased.Your bank can take up to seven days to process the refund.
- The refund will always be in the same currency the item was originally bought.
- The refund is always made to the buyer’s account.
- The time taken for the refund will depend on the payment method and the issuing entity of the credit card.
